“… So then a skate park was opened here. A skate park! It was 13 years ago that we last stepped onto a board. As we’re people who like to do whatever we want, it wasn’t long before my mates and me had gone and bought decks to start skating again. The only difference was that, this time, 15 minutes later we were standing at the bar with a pint in our hands, totally out of breath. Eventually I went back to skating again and it became my favourite mode of transport. I bought a longboard in Miami and regularly go for a skateboard cruise with my mates. I’m just happy that after 16 years I’m still totally hooked on the things I like to do. Making music, following bands across Europe and skating of course…”
